Property and Cancelation Policies :

We require the first month to be paid to make your reservation. This reservation is non refundable.

The rest of the stay should be paid on the 30 days before arrival. Any change of dates require 60 days notice for a 50% refund, and 90 days for a 100% refund for the non-used dates

For bookings between 3 to 11 months, we require an extra security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent.

We require a security deposit equivalent of 2 months rent.
